We also ship to the contiguous United States via UPS Ground. Please note we cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Please allow approximately 2-4 weeks for delivery.

We will accept returns (with the exception of closeout, discontinued, or clearance items) as long as the items are returned within 30 days from the date of shipment. Items must be returned in new or unused condition and contain all original materials included with the shipment along with a return authorization (RA) number. Please contact us at 800-328-5900 and speak with a customer service representative to receive a RA number. We will refund the full cost of the merchandise minus the original shipping charge and actual return shipping fees. After shipping your return to Excel Images, Inc., expect to receive the refund within one to two billing cycles. This includes conservative estimates of the time required for the return shipping, inspection at our returns facility, and processing from your bank or credit card company.
To exchange an item you received, please return the item via the return policy above and place a new order on the website for the items you desire.
Please note that it may take up to 4 weeks for Big and Tall apparel items to be delivered.
In the event you receive an item due to our error or defective merchandise, we will replace it with the item originally ordered at no additional cost as long as you notify us about the issue within 14 days from the original date of shipment. Any variance from the original item purchased will be considered a return, and a new order will need to be placed. You may be asked to provide a photographic image of the item or to return it via a call tag we issue to you. If you are issued a call tag and the item is not returned within 30-days, you will be charged for the replacement.
